The ERICHSEN Model 608-2 represents the ultimate in corrosion testing efficiency, featuring a compact design capable of operating two test chambers simultaneously. This advanced system is engineered for cyclic tests and alternating climate stress, providing unparalleled testing capacity for high-throughput laboratories.
The integrated touch control panel enables effortless operation and monitoring of both chambers, while cyclic corrosion tests including alternating periods of salt fog, humidity, and drying are executed fully automatically. The system includes an integrated storage tank for spray solution and can accommodate various test chamber configurations.
Available chamber options include 400L, 1000L, or 2000L test volumes, with 400L and 1000L chambers available in both circular and rectangular designs. This flexibility allows laboratories to optimize their testing setup based on specimen requirements and available space.
The Model 608-2 addresses the critical need for surface protection assessment across ferrous and non-ferrous metals subjected to continuous attack from environmental factors. By enabling simultaneous testing in two chambers, it significantly increases laboratory productivity while maintaining the highest standards of test accuracy and repeatability.
