The Zehntner ZDR 6020 RL is a vehicle-mounted retroreflectometer designed for safe and efficient continuous measurements of night visibility (RL) for all types of road and airport markings. This advanced instrument delivers handheld precision at up to 150 km/h (93 mph) without obstructing traffic, making it ideal for comprehensive road marking assessment.

Advanced Measurement Technology

Equipped with sophisticated technology, the ZDR 6020 RL provides 300 measurements per second guaranteeing accurate and continuous coverage for all types of colors and road markings. Comprehensive Data Collection

The instrument simultaneously records all important data including RL values, day contrast ratio, GPS coordinates, ambient temperature (°C/°F), relative humidity (rH %), speed, pictures, voice recordings, as well as date and time. GPS with dead reckoning provides accurate positioning even in urban canyons and tunnels.

Professional Analysis Software

Measurements can be evaluated with the included MappingTools software for mapping and data analysis, providing a comprehensive solution for retroreflection assessment. The system recognizes double and triple lines automatically, storing measurements separately for detailed analysis.

The ZDR 6020 RL complies with international standards including EN 1436 (RL), ASTM E1710 (RL), and ASTM E2177 (RL wet). The instrument is approved by the accredited association StrAus-Zert, Germany (test No.: 0913-2009-05).
