The unit includes a sintered porous bronze humidity guard and hotplate, precisely simulating human skin for accurate testing results. Its design features an automatic motor-driven hotplate adjustment ensuring a consistently level surface and a grooved guard plate for straightforward, precise sample positioning.

A sophisticated climate chamber accompanies the hotplate, offering stringent control over air temperature, speed, relative humidity, and heater power consumption for comprehensive condition management. Additionally, its three-section hotplate maintains each section at an independently controlled temperature, closely mirroring human skin temperature ranges (33 to 36°C).

Versatility in testing is another highlight, with the capability to analyze samples up to 250 mm x 250 mm in size and 70 mm in thickness, under both wet and dry skin conditions. The intuitive software and full-color display facilitate the effortless monitoring and adjusting of test parameters, enhancing the precision of test outcomes.
