The Memmert universal oven dishwasher UF750DW is a custom-built device from the m360 Select Series. Despite its name, it is not a domestic dishwasher but a drying oven used to test the functional properties of dishwashers - mainly requested by manufacturers of household appliances and their development laboratories.

The UF750DW meets the requirements of the EN 50242 / EN 60436 standards for testing dishwasher performance. Its temperature control and heating power are adapted to the prescribed test parameters so that temperature overshoots are avoided and drying results stay reproducible.

High Capacity, Robust Construction

With a usable volume of 749 litres and internal dimensions of 1040 x 1200 x 600 mm, the UF750DW handles substantial test loads - up to 300 kg per unit and 30 kg per shelf. The interior is corrosion-resistant stainless steel (W.-St. 1.4301 / ASTM 304) with deep-drawn ribbing for integrated surface heating, the housing is textured stainless steel (1.4016 / ASTM 430), and a fully insulated door with 2-point compression locking keeps heat in.

Precise, Easy to Operate, Mobile

The oven operates from +20 °C to +100 °C with 0.1 °C control accuracy and delivers 4800 W of heating power (400 V or 3 x 230 V, 50/60 Hz). A TwinDISPLAY colour touchscreen makes setup and monitoring straightforward, while mobile lockable castors make it easy to position in testing laboratories and tight spaces.
