Sustainable Climate Simulation with CO₂ Control

The Constant Climate Chamber m360 HPPCeco from Memmert sets new standards in sustainable climate simulation. Using energy-efficient Memmert Peltier technology, it provides precise, homogeneous control of temperature, humidity and CO₂ – ideal for stability tests, material testing and the controlled storage of samples in the pharmaceutical, food, packaging and construction industries.

Precise Temperature, Humidity and CO₂

The HPPCeco controls temperature from 0 to +70 °C with a setting accuracy of 0.1 °C and relative humidity from 10 to 90 % RH. Active CO₂ control covers a range of 0 to 20 % with a setting accuracy of 0.1 % CO₂ and a temporal fluctuation of just ± 0.4 % CO₂, extending the chamber’s reach into demanding climate-simulation and material-testing applications.

Energy-Efficient Peltier Technology

Instead of conventional compressor cooling, the HPPCeco relies on Memmert’s proven Peltier technology. Depending on the model, power consumption is approximately 600 W to 1200 W, delivering reliable performance in continuous use while keeping running costs and environmental impact low.

Robust Stainless Steel Construction

The interior is manufactured from stainless steel (W.-St. 1.4301 / ASTM 304) with electropolished grids, while the casing is textured stainless steel (W.-St. 1.4016 / ASTM 430). The fully insulated door features an inner glass door and a 2-point compression lock for a secure, well-sealed chamber.

Intuitive TwinDISPLAY Control

The chamber is operated via the ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY – an adaptive multifunctional digital PID microprocessor controller with two high-definition TFT colour displays and a touchscreen, giving clear, intuitive access to programming and monitoring of every parameter.

A Size for Every Workload

The HPPCeco m360 series is available in seven volumes, from the compact 108-litre HPP110Ceco up to the 2140-litre HPP2200Ceco, so the chamber can be matched to your throughput and sample requirements.
