The Memmert UF TS is a pass-through drying oven engineered as a temperature-controlled material lock for cleanroom laboratories. With fully insulated stainless steel doors on both sides, it allows samples and components to be heated, dried and passed between the grey room and the cleanroom while minimising the risk of contamination. It is widely used in the electronics and semiconductor, pharmaceutical and medical industries.
Built on the Proven UFplus Platform
The UF TS is based on the Memmert standard heating oven UFplus and inherits its forced air circulation, homogeneous temperature distribution and fast recovery times after the door is opened. The corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean stainless steel interior is designed for the demands of cleanroom operation, and the oven reaches working temperatures up to +250 °C.
Precise, Programmable Control
The top configuration with TwinDISPLAY ensures precision and thermal safety when working at the cleanroom interface. An adaptive multifunctional PID microprocessor controller with two high-definition TFT colour displays drives the process, while the AtmoCONTROL software lets users program temperature and air exchange ramps. Electronic air exchange rate control, an electronically adjustable pre-heated fresh air intake and an internal data logger give full command and documentation of every cycle.
Sizes and Configuration
The series is available in four chamber sizes — UF160TS (161 L), UF260TS (256 L), UF450TS (449 L) and UF750TS (749 L) — so the oven can be matched to the required throughput. It can be equipped with lateral feed-through accommodating deflection rollers for quick throughput when manufacturing electronic components, and includes electronic temperature monitoring with a mechanical limiter, an integrated auto-diagnostic system and a 3-year worldwide warranty.
