Medical-Certified Heating and Drying Oven

The Memmert Universal Oven Um is a Class I medical device, manufactured in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). It is designed to heat fango, silicate and APS packs for physical therapy and to keep them warm, combining the proven performance of Memmert’s universal ovens with the documentation and safety expected of a medical device.

With a temperature range from +20 C to +300 C, the Um delivers safe, repeatable results. Natural air circulation (UNm) or forced air circulation (UFm) models let you choose between gentle gravity convection and faster, more uniform forced-air heat distribution. Perfectly tuned heating technology and ventilation keep therapy packs at the right temperature, ready for use.

Intuitive Control and Documentation

The Um is operated through the Memmert ControlCOCKPIT and is available with SingleDISPLAY or TwinDISPLAY controllers. TwinDISPLAY adds programmable temperature and air-exchange ramps plus an integrated data logger that connects to Memmert’s AtmoCONTROL software for programming, monitoring and documentation - useful where traceability matters.

A high-quality, hygienic, easy-to-clean stainless steel interior and housing make the Um durable and simple to maintain in clinical and therapeutic settings. Electronic temperature monitoring, a mechanical temperature limiter for overtemperature protection and an integrated auto-diagnostic system safeguard both the load and the operator.

The Um range offers nine model sizes from 32 to 1060 litres - from the compact UN30m bench unit to the large-capacity UF1060m - so there is a configuration to match almost any therapy practice, clinic or laboratory throughput. The range is backed by a 3-year worldwide guarantee.
