The GP100 High Speed Gravure Proofer from RK Print produces high quality proofs using gravure inks of press viscosity. With its microprocessor controlled servo drive, pneumatic operation and electronically engraved printing plates, it accurately reproduces production conditions on the laboratory bench.
Any flexible substrate can be printed, and variable printing speeds from 1 to 100 m/min let operators match a wide range of press settings. Doctor blade and roller adjustments are made pneumatically, giving repeatable settings that can be recalled for future tests. A quick release doctor blade makes cleaning and changeover fast and simple.
