The SW8500 from RMS is a water-cooled electrodynamic vibration test system delivering up to 45 kN of sine / noise force and up to 105 kN of shock force. It is built for testing devices with large masses and high shock requirements, with sufficient power for batteries, hybrid drives and products with similarly heavy masses.

A wear-free return spring system without rollers, high transverse rigidity and a large 76 mm peak-to-peak displacement amplitude allow the SW8500 to handle demanding test specimens, while SiC technology delivers precise, low-noise control.
