The SW9500 from RMS is a water-cooled electrodynamic vibration test system delivering up to 140 kN sine / noise force and up to 320 kN shock force. It is designed for testing large-sized test objects with high mass, such as those encountered in the development of battery electric vehicles.
The special geometry of the magnetic frame allows high levels of excitation force with minimal energy consumption, while a wear-free return spring system (with no rollers) provides high lateral rigidity despite a travel amplitude of 76 mm peak-to-peak.
